Couple days ago I subscribed to Esignal Pro after long time so I can start using Metastock Pro again, but I can't remember the proper set-up to connect MS Pro to Esignal's Data Manager. Could somebody help me or at least post link.

Chances are that you need to reinstall metastock and make sure to pick esignal as your data provider ...
To be sure, open metastock, click on tools, options, and see if you have tab for Reuters Datalink there. If you don't and there actually seem to be settings for esignal, make sure you are starting the metastock shortcut and not the offline version.

Problems with Esignal and 9.1 MS Pro, XP Pro, Dell precision M60 laptop. 1 Mb Ram with W59 and ESignal also installed.
I have used MS EOD for 15 yrs with Reuters data and Esignal intraday with 2 other packages. I just bougt Metastock Pro for Esignal but I get very erratic results - probably because I don't understand the combination of products very well. I discontinued the Reuters EOD data.
E.G. New security EUR A0-FX 5 min Result 1 bar fills the whole chart, no history, Esignal gets same chart with miles of history
other times I get hundreds of bars , no problem.
2.Is there no way to store EOD data from ESig?
I am 700 miles from my MS pro manuals , can anyone give me astep by steop process for setting up intraday securities please because I am trying to run some system tests that are doing very well until I get these data problems where the charts switch to 1 very long bar. Many thanks

Did you enter these symbols manually? If so, you must enter them in all uppercase letters. If not, you will get what you described, a live bar but no historical bars. You can type in the symbol in File-->Open, then right click on the symbol in the window above and choose Properties to edit the symbol.
