In the System Tester I need to write a condition in order to close all the positions (pyramiding) if a condition will be verified.
How can I solve?

Simple, Just write your condition in "Sell Order" tab to close ALL long positions and in "Buy to Cover Order" tab to close ALL short positions.
You may want to fiddle with "Portfolio Bias" on the General tab - I think "Single" should suit you better.
