I'm being asked to insert my Metastock Professional CD for verification and I only have ver. 8.0 EOD. I had this problem before and even after I got a key number from Equis I beleive I still had to reinstall Metastock again. Is there any way to permantly fix this problem?

hey don.... i only have version 9 and up but every so often each will ask for the cd..... not to reinstall but to verify i have the cd, or at least a code from equis like you previously received ....
that's to combat miss use of the program.... likely it must be endured every so many months.....h

MetaStock v8.0 has a CD verification bug - you'll need to update to v8.01
