Use the same BBCode that you are already familiar with. We are going to have to come up with a BBCode help file. I have a basic one in place for phpBB, but I will work on expanding it.

Internal reference to images has now been enabled via the IMAGE GALLERY. This will provide us with a function similar to the phpBB feature 'Add Image to Post'. I have not figured out how to create an automated reference to it yet, but I think that is a small concern. The overall solution is good.
Try out the gallery feature and let me know what you think. The tab on the main toolbar 'Photos' is going to modified to say 'Images' so we don't get pictures of Konrad's last family reunion. :lol:
