New MS EOD v9 user with Reuters data. Have downloaded data from Reuters for several companies that I cannot find anywhere else! i.e., Company name=Brooktrout, symbol=BRKT: Company name=Brookstone Sec, symbol=BKST. I have checked Reuters News, Yahoo-Finance and my own online broker and the symbols are invalid/no such company (except maybe in Denmark?) The symbols database in the downloader is recently (today) updated. These two symbols/companies appear to have up to date data and are located in the "from the factory" directory of US Stocks. So, what's up with that? Please show mercy if I am totally missing the obvious #-o . Thanks

hey h2today..... both traded here in the states and both were bought out...... you'll find quite a few such as that.... h
