Now, coming to my question; would you guys tell me how to create new advisor regarding accumulation and distribution with in a
Certain Period lets say; three months.
I really need to know if the security under accumulation or distribution.

Welcome tothe Forum. I hope you enjoy your time with us.
I would start by having a look at the builtin ad() function. Also there are many examples / types / definitions for acc/cum on the net, one of these might suit.
Try a Google for:
+metastock +accumulation +distribution
and compare the results.
If this does not suit your purpose, the next step would be to explain exactly your definition of accumulation and distribution. Once clearly defined it should not be too hard to code.

hey aljnoobi ..... we were working on something along that line the other day.... several contributed codes and thoughts..... ac/dc is fairly informative for short term trades.... the clearest picture of recent direction is when presented in a small time span as you metioned..... h
