Hello, how do I convert either Excel or ASCII data into Metastock, with the end result producing both the .DAT and .DOT files. I need to use the data for another software that requires both type of files, but so far whenever I convert Excel or ASCII into MS, it just produces the .DAT file. Any help is appreciated. I use MS EOD v6.52. Thanks.

What is the DOT file? Is that specific to v6.52? I don't have them in v9.2.

older version of MS creates both .DAT and .DOT files.
