Hi,
I have values from a previous exploration in Column A but I only want the highest 200 values or what ever number I choose. I want the exploration to return the highest values for a given number of stocks and not to return the all the stocks as it does now.
Thanks in advance,
Rod

Rod...
To start, in your exploration filter, add a condition colA>(some number) (or whatever the condition is that you want. This will limit the resukts to those stocks which meet the condition (thats why its called a filter!) From there you can sort the results. Have a quick read through the MS Users Manual about sorting exploration results.
Its beyond the capability of the MSFL and explorer to return only 200 stocks etc Just define the filter, sort the results, then select as many stocks from the report as you like and save those into your favourites etc.
Hope this helps.
