In the symbol you are adding is already listed in back gorund. If the symbol is already listed you do not need to add it again.
I would suggest you find the symbol under the exchange and add them to a favorites list you can select from.

What isn't working?
What problem are you having?
What do you do after you create the symbol?

This symbol may not work on the LME many of the continuious symbols use >90.
Try gb@CF>90
If that does not work We will need more info
Can you get other symbols?
Are you signed up for the correct exchange?
What is the error?
Thanks

What exactly triggers the 'Unable to add security to online cache' error? There are other members experiencing this error too, while trying to use only the standard symbols.

This error "'Unable to add security to online cache' error?" could be trigger by a number of issues. We should address each as they are reported or suggest the individuals contact support.
