The TSI indicator at MetaStockTools.com is an improvement to the regular True Strength Index, fully adjustable & with automatic over-bought/sold levels. I've got no idea about the TASC article, but one could have several versions of a crossover. Post more details, and time permitting I'll take another look at it. jose '-)
