Excuse me, I'm new to Metastock, coming over from the Telechart world.
Is there a way to put a vertical line on the chart that can move forwards and backwards (left and right) in time, that automatically displays the chart values it is over?
Thanks

hey bvb..... thats commonly done using the data window.... its 2 places to the left of the indicators on top tool bar.... click it and the data window will show on the chart.... move your pointer left or right on the chart and all values will be shown.... click the horizontal line tool and the mouse pointer will drag a line across the chart as the data window displays the values.....h
