Hi guys:
I collect EOD data from Reuters. I have set the default periodicity on my price charts and indicators to weekly but when I do a system test the default is daily. How can I change the periodicity in a system test to weekly?
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Assuming you have MS 8.01 or 9.X, the trick is to set the Periodicty option (bottom left corner of Load Securities window) to weekly after marking required securities and before clicking the Open button. Once opened it's too late to change the periodicity from the default of Daily. At that point you would have to remove all securities and load again, remembering to set to weekly at the appropriate time. One you've done it once it's no big deal.

Hey Roy, thanks very much. I found the periodicity button. And while I'm here, thanks also for your reply to my last message at your Yahoo group. Where do you find the time to answer so many questions from so many people? My take on MetaStock is that it would be much more user friendly if the documentation and help was a lot better. The single most frustrating and time wasting aspect is that I very often can't find answers from MetaStock in their own documentation. It seems to be up to generous people like you to fill in the gaps. So, thanks again!
