Using the "Equidistant Channel" tool, channels never seem to stay the same between a save & load. After checking, it seems the "DISTANCE" property only stores whole numbers, making this tool pretty useless...
Anyone else have this problem?

How did you saved it? I have try on my MSPRO9.1 and save it as a layout in graph and not seen any problem after open that have changed position
Equidistant Channels are created by drawing a single line along an instrument's support or resistance level. A parallel line is automatically drawn, creating a channel. You can adjust the distance between the two lines, move the parallel line(s) above or below the original line, and add additional lines (and therefore channels) in the Equidistant Channel properties dialog.
See Drawing a Line Study for more information on drawing line studies.
Distance. This is the distance between the two lines, expressed as a y-axis value.
Up. When this box is checked, the channel appears above the line you draw. When the box is unchecked, the channel appears below the line you draw.
Reflections. This number determines how many channels appear in addition to the first one you draw.
Did you follow instruction and explanation in ploting Equidistant Channels?

Konrad,
I'm using a normal "smartchart".
Did you check the value of the "Distance" variable, both before saving and after closing & reloading the graph?
It seems that only the integer part of the number is saved.

What does the MDAC have to do with this? Is this some specific solution to the same problem that you've applied to your own computer? I'm not drawing the connection here... perhaps it's acceptable to speculate some things, but not with support issues. My advice- use the customer support options that you paid for when you purchased your software.

When I call Customer Service they ask me if MDAC is install property in my computer because I was have the same problem but with wrong data volume, and other "stuff" than I use in Techical Analysis now when I have MDAC on my pc I dont seem any problem with data flowing or some issues with pc... that why it shock me that a little think could change performance on software.
