hey dennis.... yeah, thats kinda it.... choose the dll from the list, once you click on it you will be taken to the download page.... clicking download now will bring up the save as box.... remember to put the .dll after forum.... you can save it straight into your dll folder in metastock, sounds like you know how, thats the best way..... if saved in any place other than meta, you must later copy and paste or drag and drop it into the meta's dll's..... your first mentioned method is best...... there will be no need to click anything later, those steps will put all patricks functions in your list..... holler back if i wasn't clear...... h

Hi Dennis
I had intended to send out a self-installing file with the December MSTT newsletter, but there were a number of reasons why that didn't happen. If you'd like a self-installing file, complete with Forum.dll and non-PREV versions of B and Q indicators, I can make one up and send it to you.

Roy,
Just sent you an email, then read this thread.
You aren't distributing something you aren't supposed to, are you?

Hi Wabbit
I've got your email and will reply tomorrow.
No, I'm not distributing something I'm not supposed to. At least, nobody has told me so yet. Do you think I might get into trouble?
Regards
Roy

Somehow I don't think Patrick will mind at all. As long as someone doesn't try to sell it as their own work (charge people for things that were intended to be free). That was the big sticker.
Anyway - I will call over there later and get him off the couch so he can reply himself :) M

You guys can do whatever you want with this dll, just don't make other people pay for it ... :)
In Roy's case people pay for the subscription and not the dll so there is no problem whatsoever, anyone can distribute it if they want to ...
