Subscription version won't work [RESOLVED]

Hi - I'm hoping someone can help a complete beginner -
I just purchased a subscription version of MetaStock, and am having difficulty logging on. Customer Service is closed, so unless you can help I'm going to have a much quieter weekend than I'd planned!
I've downloaded and installed the software, but when I run it I'm asked for a logon ID, which I don't seem to have been sent yet.
If you are using the Subscription version, can you confirm if I'm missing something obvious (like using my Equis logon ID, or navigating to an obscure page on my account details?), or do I actually have to wait until Monday for a human being to send me the information I need?

Hey john you should have received an email ( Check your spam too ;) ) with your user id and password.
The email lloks like a regular order confirmation but if you scroll way down you will see the info you need.
If not send me a private message with your contact details and I will look you up in the system.

Thanks for your enthusiastic support!!
I've checked the e-mail - it has a clear link to download the software (which I've done) but no information about how to connect to the data feed. Since it won't run without a live connection (being a subscription version) I'm stuck...
Anything I can do other than wait until they open on Monday morning (Monday night my time!)?

thanks very much for your help - turns out the details you sent me are correct, but it's still not managing to connect or run.

Good news for anyone following this thread - after I got an additional download, the sub version works fine now.
Very convenient, no need to set up data, just download it.

The file is called A11IRDL.exe
My impression is that it either acts as a gateway or in some way configures the link between the client software and the server data feed.
As you say - without any criticism implied I hope others benefit from me sharing the pain I've been through.
