I'm guessing it works on your machine for the same reasons that it works on mine, we have the dev kit installed ... It's killing me it does not make any sense. Maybe I will create a brand new project and start over ... Thanks for the feedback. Patrick :mrgreen:

Alright I recreated a brand new project and I tested this one on a few machines ... I'm putting my money on this one :D Let me know if it works, it should work with 7.2 and above, it does not have the custom index function ... Patrick :mrgreen:

Well... I have the MDK installed too... The newest forumdll has the exact same problem and error message. Sorry... don't kill the messenger.

:| But I just tested this one ... On a PC that has never seen the MDK and it worked whereas the previous versions did not .... :cry: :censored: The latest DLL has this Created Date : Today, November 29, 2005, 5:11:56 PM ... Is that the last one you tried?

The only one I can find is this one: Tue Nov 29, 2005 3:34 pm I restarted my machine and confirmed the problem is isolated to the forum.dll. Without it, MS starts fine. BTW, the 'date posted' isn't changing on any of these updates, but the file is changing. Just delete the old file altogether and then upload the new one.

I was talking about the date the file was created not when it was uploaded ... Did you try downloading it again since? Thanks for your help ... BTW I just tried on another pc and it works ... So'im pretty confident this works ... I would like to hear from 7.2 and 8.0 users now ... And of course you MR G :D Patrick :mrgreen:

Yes, the email version loads without any problems. I was d/l'ing from this link earlier on the forum.

:crylol: That's what I'm trying to tell you I updated the file on the link at the same time as you posted your message saying it did not work ... Chances are you downloaded the file and 2 seconds later I updated it :D Should I change the upload time so there is no confusion ... I can do that :D Patrick :mrgreen:
