I tryed everything and still get the same message when I Try and Log in " The Online vendor account is not configured properly or does not support this feature "
I down loaded Meta Stock and set up my Rueters Datalink and still I can not log in.
I tryed all the trouble shooting suggestions and still Nothing. It seems like it is not recognizing my user name and pass word.

Where did you d/l MetaStock from?? If you're using Datalink, did you d/l the EOD version?

Call Equis Support and check that you have the right user id and password, and check that your aco[censored]is active.
