Patric & Jose, The Demand Index, DI(), does not allow to select period. How do I modify it so I can select any period, for example 5? Is it possible to create a dummy indicator for this DI() , then assign the period for the dummy indicator? Thank you

The Demand Index seems to be a price momentum indicator, similar to [code:1:d0257f51b4](C/ValueWhen(1,Cum(1)=1,C)-1)*100[/code:1:d0257f51b4] ... and +/- modified by volume action, finally normalized to +/-100. It doesn't seem to me like the DI() uses any internal smoothing, but that cannot stop anyone from using Mov(DI(),pds,E) smoothing. jose '-)

Jose, Thank you for your respond. It seems to me that DI() is default for period =10. I am looking to display DI(period) for period =1 to 20, not the MA of DI().
