Trouble using the downloader for Kuwaiti Market [RESOLVED]

Hello,
This is my first post. I have so far enjoyed reading other people's posts.
I bought Metastock Pro with Quotecenter 10 days ago. I have used Quotecenter and Metastock Pro to view the Kuwaiti, Saudi Arabian, German, and London stock exchanges with no problems.
My problem lies in using the downloader to download stocks from the Kuwaiti and Saudi Markets. All my attempts to download data from these 2 markets have failed. I have the EMEA data package from Quotecenter, and have downloaded stocks from the German stock Market without any problems.
Please help me with this issue.

Hi Fahad,
When you say you download data from the downloader with the emea package, are you talking about the Reuters Datalink data feed? Or Quotecenter?
Ultimately I do not believe that Reuters Datalink has kuwait data and you would have to go through quotecenter to get that data for now ... And I will have our data manager check and see if he can the kuwait data on te reuters datalink feed ...
Let me know if i completely misunderstood everything :D

Hi Patrick,
I am talking about the Quotecenter feed.
I can use the Quotecenter feed to view stocks through both Quotecenter and MS Pro for the Kuwaiti Market, but cant use the downloader to download the data.

What is the error when you try to download the data? ( In the collection report ... )

I just tried it again with 5 KSE securities, all 5 collected daily data.
My problem was "Overlapping Date."

The downloader did not download Real Time data for the Kuwaiti Market.
I tried the periodicity from tick, 1min, 5min, ..... to 60 min.
I get the same error in the collection report, " Collection Status: Not Requested - Invalid Periodicity. "
Please help with this issue.

You can't download intraday data with the downloader ...
