I use Reuters Datalink for Europen Stock Exchange, and today October 3, I want to download a prices from a Warsaw Stock Exchange, I open The Downloader -tools-download prices-ok then, and not start downloading error show this:

after I click ok it direct me to a web site www.hypertrader.it and this web site dont exist... so finaly it show me a blank screen:

My subscription on Reuters dont expire... I have it for next 8 month I am sorry for that big screen and I am working to get smaller picture give me a time g.stockman to get it in good size please
What can I do, it never happen before I download data from reuters for 3 month and never has anyproblem with downloading data.
I update Symbol database and check destination file if I download it correct , allow metastock component on firewall and restart computer, nothing help from now I check for any virus, threat with Norton Works and Avast pro and nothing find, I check for any kind of worm and trojan and nothing found ... any suggestion? contact information?

That's not our error message? ... Well I hope it's not ... I have never seen this error before ...
close all other applications and try to download data again ...

Patrick, I try to download data again, not work this way, I try to littlebet fix and came up with those problem, DLWIN Error connection to Qcenter.exe please report to equis....

I check with a spy remover for spy.... nothing found I use a Anticrush software to recover to earlier place and as you see my previous screen it took me to this place... Error connecting to q.cetenter.exe please report to equis :roll:

Well maybe your anticrush is stopping the application qcenter.exe from connecting ...

hey Patrick, no Aniticrush fix only error, dont disconnect any connection... do you know how to fix those connection? just reinstal whole metastock? :roll: :oops:
