I suspent this is really easy to do, I just can't seem to locate it. How do I change the trading hours that are displayed for a particular security in MS 9 prof? So for an electronic futures contract, sometimes I might want it to show the full 24 hours, but sometimes I might just want it to show for pit trading hours, or the hours of the underlying cash instrument (e.g. show ES only for US Equity trading hours).

When you click on file, New ( or open), right clikc on a symbol and select properties.
There you can change the start and end times

Is there any way to do it on the fly? On an electronic contract I like to be able to switch back and forth between pit or cash hours (most liquid) and electronic hours - the method you describe makes this very tedious to do.
If there is not such a method, could we add it to the Equis to do list?
