I use TC2000 (EOD) as my data provider and it can only transfer 255 records to MS in any one file. Is this a TC2000 or MS restriction or both? Can this limitation be removed? Also, is it possible to have MS (EOD) read TC2000 data files directly. If not, Patrick please add this to the wish list.

You can join the telechrt2005Users group at http://groups.yahoo.com . If you go into their Files section, you can download a word document entitled "Instructions to convert TC2005 data to MetaStock". Basically, save the TC2000 data as Telechart v3, and then use the Downloader to convert Telechart v3 data to MetaStock....this removes the restriction of 255 securities per export. I did this for a while, and then just coughed up the money for the Reuters datafeed in addition to the TC2000 feed.
