It is nice to hear your kind words Happy. This forum is filled with all sorts of brilliant people, Patrick included... Now there will be no living with Patrick though! :) oz_pdt_02q
As far as training.. You are right.. there is quite a bit of training out there. When you purchased your MetaStock did you get a copy of the Finding the Right Trades cd / workbook? We released it in June last year. It is pretty good at walking you through 2 different workflow scenarios. You can register for online training as well - https://www.metastock.com/Customer/Training/ - it is free to attend and you can pick from several different classes. We also have instructional webinars - https://www.metastock.com/events/webinars/ Plus Patricks recorded training and the wealth of information that you can find on this board.
It's great to hear from you! Marilyn

It sounds like you have some great references already. I am still pouring over all of the sources on your list. There is plenty to learn and relearn from them.
I started with the MS User's Manual. It is more or less the most important book for getting started. From it you can get into any of the basic areas of MS. Then, when I find other sources of info, I pick up the User's Manual again and reread the appropriate section.
The next most beneficial reference I have is the Formula Primer. It leaves me with things that I want to try out. Then, when I need more formula examples, I go to the internet. In fact, Henry's section of formulae in the forum is the most comprehensive list that I know of.
Of course, everyone will have a different list of what's important to them, but these are my top sources of information. :D

I should have, finally, the support videos recorded soon.
Just wait a week or so and check the training section again :D
