Could somebody please help? When I run an Exploration in Version 7, Metastock can process all the securites except those begining with the letter U. I have 26 folders, one for each letter of the alphabet, and U crashes Metastock every time. I have opened every security in that folder individually and they all open OK. Also, suspecting that it might be the Exploration at fault I tried to delete it, (it was a user-defined Exploration). Metastock refused saying that it didn't have enough memory. I can find nothing in the manual about this and cannot delete a simple Exploration, e.g. Close=5 Any ideas? Regards :roll:

Hey Patrick, thanks for that reply. Do you mean simply copy the U folder contents, then delete the U folder, create a new U folder and bring back the original contents, or......... do you mean dump the whole lot and recreate the contents too? Regards :?

Dear Patrick, thanks for that, but it begs another question. Unless there is a way for The Downloader to extract only the U securities then as I understand it I will have to extract everying security since the year dot for every day and then delete all those that I don't want. Am I right? ((I hope not) :(
