Hi Giladbi,
In the downlader, click on tools, update symbol database.
Let download the new update then close and reopen the downloader.
Then click onfile, new, security.
Change the folder path to what you would like to use, set your first dateand then click on look up.
Under type select "stocks-common"
Under group select "Sp500"
Click on select all and click on ok , click on ok again.
