hey kim.... what does 'FOC' stand for..... there are sites with historical data available for download, such as yahoo and dell.......h

Thank you for your info. FOC means 'free of charge', the two sites you provided can only download one counter at a time.
I'm looking for sites able to download DJ and ND historical data for last 10 or 20 years and the day to day data download thereafter (www.eoddata.com provides day to day but you cannot miss the day).

Hi,
I've just found a website called http://www.datasharks.biz which has a software (USD 50.00) that will download data from yahoo finance automatically after you set up a symbols from library or on your own. I've tried the trial version on 20 stocks from NYSE, it works very well (including IBM, XOM etc from 1962, 1970).
It includes all exchanges from the world and all type of data as long as from yahoo finance ...
Has anyone experience with this software? pls share with me before I commit to purchase the software!!!

You can do it for free with any web browser or even better, Excel.
Have a look in your Excel help file for web queries.
Give me a couple of days (Im busy at the moment) and I will (hopefully) post a demo of my own for you.
