Hi all
I am a new user of metastock and have a problem on using the explorer
I am trying to use the explorer to find out all the stock of RSI>80
Here is my formula:
Cross(RSI(C,14),80)
But I have found out that the result is totally different from some professional sources such as Megahub
And also, when I look at the chart in metastock, I found out that the result is correct
For example, a stock is calculate to be of RSI 90 by megahub and the chart of megastock, but it is rejected by the explorer
So what's wrong with the explorer? Is it an error or my formula is wrong??

using the cross Function only finds stocks that have crossed the threshold for that day using the RSI(C,14)>80 will find all stocks above 80

a hint you can also use the if function to create a more complex exploration

read the user manual that came with your version of metastock, it will save you a lot of time and money!
