The "Save List" functionality still exists in the Explorer. Simply choose "Save List" from the Explorer, click Create New, give the list a name and click Create, then click Ok to add the results to this list.

Right-clicking on a selection of results and choosing "Add to custom list" also works.

Must be some sort of an oversight - if it's a useful function, no doubt it will be canned or crippled in MS v14+ ;)

Anyway, Ema200 is not asking about that - he wants to import a previously saved fav list from MS 10 into MS13.

There is no direct method to move Favorites into a Custom List. However, you can run an exploration on your favorites (in your prior version of MetaStock simply make an exploration with C in Column A or choose some other non-rejecting exploration), highlight and right-click/copy/paste the results into Excel, then take the symbol column in Excel and Copy/Paste this into a Custom List in v13.

When you create a New Custom List in MetaStock 13 (Power Console-->Manage Lists-->Custom Lists-->New-->Online Instruments) you can left-click in the large white box and press Ctrl-V to paste the symbols from the clipboard.
