The UpDate instructions for XENITH are out of date - fix it This is the sticky link: - http://forum.equis.com/forums/thread/40704.aspxv There is no such thing as Deployment Manager listed in Windows 8.1 Apps in the Thomson Reuters section - see quote below: If the update is not mandatory or you would like to manually update, please follow these steps:
Go to: Start>All Programs>Thomson Reuters>Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools>Deployment Manager

Hello,
These instructions were specific to XENITH/Eikon 3.x users. I will get some 4.x instructions posted that reflect the new way of updating and I have updated the subject of that post to reflect the older version.

Hi,
Is the MS Pro 13.0.0702 version available when I log into Xenith I am not prompted to update
and it is not present in the addon list.

Hi,
It was a little bit confusing, but only Xenith 3.3 users (the older version of Xenith) received this MetaStock update, along with End-of-Day MetaStock users.
Xenith 4.x users do not have access to this latest update yet. The reason for this is there is a new Eikon/Xenith 4.x release coming (I believe on May 5th) so rather than have 2 separate product updates, the MetaStock and Xenith 4.x update will occur at the same time. So basically look for the update in a little over a week for Xenith 4.x users.
