I have the "tick" and "1 second" options greyed out
in the interval section. I can choose 1 minute as the
highest resolution. How can I choose those two options
again?

Hello,
Just to ensure we're looking at the same thing, where exactly are you looking at this Interval setting? An Eikon chart? Which symbol are you attempting to look at? Have you inserted any particular analysis into this chart?
