Hi,

As of now, and after discussions with Xenith support, realtime charting is not currently supported for pre/after hours US Equites. I have asked support when this feature will be implemented, and I have not received any answer on the topic.

This is a major handicap, as a lot of trading happens in the premarket. As it happens, much of the trading that I am involved with happens then. I have a competing product that I was hoping to cancel once I got started with Xenith, but now it looks like I will be sticking with them, until this issue is remedied.

The tick data is definitely in the system, as T&S shows it. Market sessions for charting can easily be set up to include the hours needed, as I have done. However, for those hours, there is no chart data, just a large gap.

Most competing services have this feature, even on the very low end (such as all of Esignal products, live charts, quotrek, etc...). It is a shame that this amazing product is missing such an important feature.
