Create New Security in Downloader Problem with decimal in copy-paste

Hi all,
I created a 'New security' with the Downloader to upload intraday data for a stock. When I copy-paste the data from the excel file (xls), the date and time are correctly pasted, but the price of the stock although in the excel has two decimals, when I paste it in the metastock it does not paste is correctly since it omits the decimals.
For example, in the excel the value of the 'Close' price is 20,08 I 'copy' it and then I go to the window of the security in Downloader, I paste it in column 'Close' and 20,0000 appears. It omits the decimals. I changed the format of the 20,08 in the excel I tried, number, text, general etc but it does not work. However, when I manually input the price of 20,08 in the Security window in Downloader, it accepts all decimals.
Does anybody know the reason it does not work in the copy-paste?
A quick response would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I suspect the cause is the symbol used for the decimal. some how, when pasting, the comma is being seen as a thousands separator instead of the decimal separator. If you change decimal symbol to a period, it may resolve the issue.
