Hi,
In Spread Betting its able to buy/short a stock using a percentage of the stock,
For Example,
a unit cost of the stock is $100,
you can buy 1 unit of this stock using 10% leverage,
so the cost of the stock is $10 to buy 1 unit of the stock,
so only $10 is taken from your equity rather than $100,
Is this possible to be done with the MDK?

You can configure the EST to trade on margin (doesn't require anything special to do this or the MDK), or you can write your system tester using the MDK and implement whatever rules you like.

Hi Wabbit,
Thanks for your reply, but i think margin in MetaStock is different to leverage used in Spread Betting,
Do you know if leverage that is used in Spread Betting is possible via the MDK?

You can do whatever you like with external codes, you are working outside the limits of MS.
