Metastock 11 for XP - Data do not Updating

After I converted the local EOD excel file through the downloader to D:\metastock data\... folder, the securitiies did not update when i try to open the security from Metastock file open command. Please help me to solve the problem.

First, open the data file in the Downloader. make sure the new data is listed there and with the correct dates. This just confirms the convert occurred properly.
Next, try opening a chart in MetaStock with the clean template:
File -> Open
in the open windows select Options -> Open with Template
select and open Clean.mwt
select and open the desired security
If the new chart shows the data, then the issue is something with the original chart you were using. you can recreate the chart in the clean one you now have. Alternately, try turning off "retain scale" in the original chart. If this still has not resolved the issue, please contact our tech support department via phone or chat.
