I usually open the Downloader, click Express Download and my data is updated regularly including my BM data files. However when I tried it today the BM data files were not there. When I tried to add the file from C:/Metastock Data/BM Data it just gave me a message that says "the folder does not contain any Metastock data files. However there are some .dat files in the folder.
In addition when I try to call up some BM data on my charts nothing appears.
I haven't made any recent changes to my system so what has happened?

You may want to check your folders to see if there are any temporary files in them. Sometimes if MetaStock crashes, temporary files are left behind. If you remove the temporary files, that sometimes solves the problem.
