Hello. I ask you a simple question. I would like Metastock, in Enhanced System Tester, whenever buying or selling of shares using the same amount without taking into account any capital gains or losses. Example: amount 10000 $ To buy: cross (c, mov (c, 200, s)) that is 10000/price = shares number to sell: cross((mov (c, 200, s), c) that is sell the shares previously purchased. For short, of course, quite the contrary. Thanks

In the system tester, you can set the trade size to precent of available equity, number of units, or transaction cost. If you select the last option, as long as you have that much available equity, your system will trade the specified amount. If you do not have that much equity, no more trades will take place until sufficient equity is again available. (ie, interests or other trades closing)

Thanks for your reply. But I always wanted to invest the same amount for each trade. For example always 10000$ for each trade. 1° trade 10000 plus 200; 2° trade 10000 minus 150; 3° trade 10000 plus 350; etc. Totale gain 400 Is it possible? Thanks again.

Yes, set the default trade size to "Transaction Cost"

Just understand, as I tried to explain in my first reply, if you do not have available cash to cover the cost of the trade, the system tester will place no trades.
