I cannot set up the history data ( 1,5,15 min)that is coming in real time from esignal to metastock .I have the daily but it will not show intra day chartsI. want to see 5 minute data for some months .I have M11pro esignal .Real time data flow.Can anyone help ,I know the answer is probably very simple.thanks

There are a couple of reasons this could be happening.
1) If you typed the ticker symbol in lower case letters (as opposed to selecting it from the symbol list), you would not get any historical data. To correct this, look in the Metastock folder and delete the file named "filehistory.dta". Then you will be able to open the chart by typing upper case letters for the symbol or selecting the security from the list.
2) if you are trying to access data for a security from any place but the US or Canada, you will not be able to get the historical data. MetaStock is not able to read data from eSignals international historical tick server.
