New system-VISTA 64 Ult -new & old software. MetaStock 11.0 with Adaptick FIRE/PowerStrike/ICE-John Murphy stuff/NISON's Candlesticks Unleashed.
Any issues? I have blue screened 3 times. The last got me 6 hours with tech support.
Think that wasn't fun?

The software is not officially supported on 64-bit Operating Systems, but from our experiences it should work fine in these environments (I installed on my Vista Ultimate 64-bit at home as well as in-house testing).
While I have heard of issues with certain themes causing stability issues in MetaStock, I have not heard of MetaStock causing blue screens. That said, you may want to try running MetaStock with the Vista Basic theme.
If you want to try this, please do the following:
-Close any of our applications
-Right click on your MetaStock shortcut
-Left click on Properties
-Left click the Compatibility tab
-Check the "Disable Visual Themes" and "Disable Desktop Composition" options
-Click Ok and try opening MetaStock again
When you installed the software, did you specifically right click on the Setup applications and choose "Run As Administrator"?

Yes I did run setup via administrator. I am replacing the computer with another from HP. Too many issues that Tech support connot deal with.
