Hello,

I recently purchased the ACT Toolkit and was trying to determine how exactly to write the formula for the Phase Rate of Change. Ehlers formula using Easy Language is the following

If Smoothperiod<>0 and (DCPhase - DCPhase[1]>.67+360/SmoothPeriod and DCPhase-DCPhase[1]<1.5*360/SmoothPeriod) then Trend =0

Though there are functions within ACT, I don't see anything that gives me Phase at a particular point. Such functions that utilize Phase Lows and High include:

Indicator Formula: _DML_ADSI_Sinewave

ExtFml("ADSI.Sinewave", MP(), .18, .05, 1.1);

ExtFml("ADSI.SinewaveLead", MP(), .18, .05, 1.1);

Where Input .05 represents DeltaPhaseLows. This is a value (in radians) that determine the an upper bound for the period length

Where Input 1.1 represents DeltaPhaseHighs. This is a value (in radians) that determines the a lower bound for the period length.

The formula I require needs the phase rate of change only (ie Phase Rate of Chg -ref(phase rate of chg,-1) How do I do I do this? and is the Smoothperiod the the same as the Homodyne Cycle Period{Dominate Cycle}?

Your Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated!
