Whenever I tried to run Meta Stock, it does not open and gives the following message:
Run time error
I have already reinstalled it still same result. Should I reinstall Windows XP?

Before you go and reinstall the entire OS, try this... it might work?
Hold down Ctrl key and Shift keys simultaneously when clicking the shortcut to execute MS. A popup will appear asking if you want to clear personal data, click yes and continue.
