Enhanced System Tester, is it possible to test data of one security and buy/sell trade different security?

What I'd like to do is use data for say Ticks, or TRIN, or VIX and then based on those values of say a moving average crossover test or stochastic test be able to execute buying and selling of say the SPY or DIA. Could someone please help me, is this possible? Thanks
