Formula for a Close in the upper third of daily range?

for upper half, it's messy but maybe
C > (H-L)/2 but I can't figure out how to get it in the upper 3rd...I kind of wish I could find the actual code for some of the Candlestick patterns in the Formula Primer. Anyway, please help

Security closed in upper half of today's daily range:
C >= (H + L) / 2
Security closed in upper third of today's daily range:
C >= L + 0.66666 * (H - L)
