I never fail to gain insight into the power of MetaStock with each and every visit to this forum. And I always come away with the profound realization of how little I know...thanks to all of you who share your expertise!

Is anyone out there doing much (anything?) with the Commodity Selection Index, as offered with MS Pro v10? Sounds like an efficient, streamlined 'tool' for gauging volatility and trendiness together, geared to the short term trader....any ideas on the underlying math? I have plotted this with ADX and ATR tools, and it does seem to mirror both, but would be curious to know how it is 'weighting' between trendiness and volatility....

Outsisde of the MS Help, there doesn't seem to be a lot of info out in cyberspace on this one...

Any experiences, opinions, how you use....war stories... would be greatly appreciated![:)]
