Anyone gone throught the 'metastock programming guide' from meta-formula

Hi,
I am a novice trading in option. I am very keen in using metastock
formula. I come across this guide and training DVD on metastock formula
If anyone have gone throught the metastock programming guide and training DVD
from meta-formula.
Please share with us on your thought whether it will help to optimize our usage of
metastock.

Vladimir, Personally I would not pay for anything after purchasing the MS product itself and my data as there is no need to. There are free online training videos available from Equis, the free Equis Formula Primer and this forum. MOST of the commercial training materials I have seen are just re-writes of the MS Users Manual and the Primer consolidated into one document; they will charge a few hundred dollars for stuff you already have or can get for free.
