Limit on number of indicators, experts, systems and explorations

I remember reading about thse limits (do not remember the exact figures) but I cannot remember reading what happens when you reach the limit and try to add an indicator, expert and so on. Has anybody got an idea? Does one reveive a message? Thanks.
