How MS calculates the Slope / Gradient of a Trendline ?

Seniors,
What is the hard code that MS uses for a Trendline (drawn from the tools- pencil ) ? ( So that i can calculate tommorow's value of Support / Resistance in explorer to copy paste to an Excel -sheet ) .Thks.

Hello,
Going through the codes of few seniors i have been able to resolve my problem by using ATR, Log,Exp etc function for the slope/gradient of a line.
