sb,
welcome to the Forum.
Notice in the very top right hand of the Forum web page, there is a small text box where you can type in a search term, like "hull" , then press the search button next to the text box and view the results.
There has been much writen in the past, including the formulas you seek.
If you have any difficulties navigating your way around the Forum, just ask for some help.

sb,
If you ask for help and don't get exactly the help you are looking for, please do not go off to other Forums and ask for help there. Make a another post in the thread, thanking the the Forum members for their help thus far, and ask for some more assistance.
As for making experts and explorations, the MS Users Manual is full of information on how to do this. If you are having trouble getting your ideas to work, post a request containing your best effort and someone will gladly help you out.
If you want people to write your code for you and give you everything you need whilst you make no attempt to help yourself, please consider hiring a MS programmer. We are here to help you learn to use this product, not do all the work for you.

If you're not great at coding, particularly MetaStock's language, perhaps someone would assist if you if you presented your "metacode" - in other words describe in detail the operations you want performed in plain English language, like a flowchart.
Then if you had someone assist you with translating that into MS language, you could study it to learn how the MS language works, for future use and modifications. I've always found that learning a computer language is much easier if I look at code that I understand the purpose of.

sb,
The first thing you are going to have to do
before attempting to anything more with MetaStock is to read the Users Manual.
Just by reading the Users Manual you should get enough information to
start making your own basic indicators, experts and explorations.
Once you have come to grips with how to use
MS, comes the time to start learning to program the MS formula language to
really extend the information processing and decision making tools of MS.
You do not need a computer science degree
to program in MS.
On your learning path, if at anytime you
get stuck on anything the Forum members are here to help. Members will gladly ASSIST others in their MS
projects, but usually do so on the proviso that you have made at least some
attempt to do something for yourself.
Posts that are answered most quickly are
the posts that contain the best attempt at solving problem yourself.
Although you have the code for Hull's MA, it
is not much good to you if you do not know how to create the indicator, expert
or exploration that will actually use the code. By
completing the exercises in the Primer, you can extend the Hull's code to do
more!
We are here to help and like Preston said, "I'll
guide you but I won't do it for you."
