Is there any way to autoscale the Y axis so that it shows a slight margin on both the top and bottom of what is showing on the screen?
It seems that somehow the auto scale scales based on something else? perhaps the total periods on the chart?
It should auto scale so that the two day hi is the hi and the two day lo is the low when I am looking at two days, if three days, then three day hi, three day low, etc.
(I love the forum...I just wish it had search working....)

hey jerry..... if you right click on the y axis numbers and choose y axis properties, scale should be set to auto on all 4 boxes..... the top and bottom margins are roughly about 1% of the price..... so lucent might have 2 cents top and bottom margins and the diamonds might have a buck each way.....h

With the Auto boxes checked as H describes, you can also left-click and drag the max or min price on the y-axis to create whatever margin you want.

Hmmmm
That's the way I *thought* it should work but...
I'm looking at the EUR/USD in 15 min . I have a .mwc file that I open and it's updated. All options on the Y axis are on auto. As I - or + the screen , the scale does not change. If I load left click and take a price to the top, it makes the graph smaller. This keeps happening until my chart becomes a line.
I see two problems here, one with auto scale, one with the Y Axis setting.
I can only get it the way I want if I physically input the numbers.
Any ideas?

heh hay....
That sounded like it would do it. But alas, it was checked.
But - found the problem. I was using pivots. The resize is affected by the indicators as well as the price.
Now that poses another problem/question.
Perhaps a new topic?
How do I do conditional pivots or tell the autosize to ignore them?
