Hi Sam-
Welcome to the forum!
In addition to Weird's excellent suggestions, don't forget the User's Manual as a first stop. It's invaluable. When you're ready, there are a million formula samples on the forum that you can use as a catalyst for your own ideas. Also, you should check out our training forum. A really big thanks to both of you guys for the link.....I have been hearing that MetaStock is a really powerful software but i suppose to use it one needs a good understanding of this software.
