Does anyone know what file contains the custom indicators? I had a problem with the disk drive and I am trying to recover all of my custom indicators

Hey Frank-
Your custom settings are stored in DTA files found in the C:\\Program Files\\Equis\\MetaStock directory. Most are obviously named. After your reinstallation, just copy them over the new files and restart MS. However, you really should make a clean backup of these files before manipulating them; else, you are prone to another reinstallation if something goes wrong.

hey frank..... for version 9, try to find the "ms90form" .... while your at it, try to get your "charts" folder.... it contains templates, layouts and such...... mouseover folder explantions..... h
